Orange juice americano
The bitterness of coffee (in this case, espresso) pairs beautifully with the acidity and sweetness of orange juice. The ratios don't have to be exact, so consider this recipe a guide.
Servings: 1 glass
- 150 millilitres orange juice
- 60 millilitres espresso a double shot
- ice
- sugar syrup (optional)
Grab a large glass and pour in the orange juice.
Dump ice in until it reaches the rim of the glass.
Pour the espresso over the ice.
Stab a straw in there, mix it up, and slurp down in 30 seconds. If you'd like it to be sweeter, add some sugar syrup.
